The main reason why I love working with credit repair so much is because it truly changes lives. If you’re struggling financially, repairing your credit can help you turn your life around. It gives you a chance to start over, start fresh. It gives you a second chance.
My career before Credit Repair Cloud was a pretty wild ride. I went from juggling to the performing in the Ice Capades to doing stand-up comedy. I had made a career in show business, and the one thing that got me there was my obsession with becoming the best at the things I wanted to accomplish.
Around 20 years ago, I was in my forties, and I owned a house that I poured my heart and soul into fixing it up. And I almost lost it all because of a bank error ruined my credit.
Making it in show business is incredibly difficult. But there I was, getting spots on Johnny Carson, doing TV shows and becoming the voice of the Price Is Right.
Even though it looked like I had it all, in reality, I was struggling. Due to inconsistent income caused by significant gaps between gigs, I could never afford to have things like insurance, savings, or a backup plan. I was living on credit cards. Sounds kind of scary, doesn’t it? Well, it really was.
Eventually, after years and years of setting some money aside, I was able to afford a house. It was old, dingy, and really messed up - but I finally had a place I could call my own. Over the years, I started fixing it up, and I was so proud that I was able to turn it around the way I did.
Then suddenly, in 2002 and out of the blue - I almost lost it all. And it wasn’t even because of something I did. A bank error ruined my credit score, which made it impossible to keep up with the bills that were shooting up so fast it would make your head spin. I was broke, in between gigs, and terrified of losing everything.
I couldn’t afford to hire a Credit Repair company, so I did what I knew best - rolled up my sleeves and got to work.
I learned everything there is to know about repairing your credit and then some. The obsession that once helped me build a career in show business was suddenly driving me to get my life back on track. I studied day and night, I mastered the process, and it worked! I was able to fix my score, make ends meet, and started helping friends and family to do the same.
I went from being on the brink of losing everything to helping others get their second chance. I went from feeling like a complete loser to feeling like a world champion.
After helping so many people fix their credit scores, I figured I could start a business doing this. And so I did.
My new credit repair business was going great, but over time I realized that I was doing vast amounts of repetitive work. I was sure there had to be an easier way. But when I looked for a software solution that could help me, I could find it. So, I decided to build my own.
Creating my own credit repair software was a great new project I could obsess about. When I finished it, it was a very humble, $20 piece of software called Credit-Aid. It worked well, and it did what it was supposed to do, but I just had a tough time selling it.
Luckily, it got into the hands of some people who gave me excellent feedback and asked for bigger and more advanced versions. They were mortgage brokers, realtors, and credit repair business owners who needed a solution that would help them run their entire business. That was my cue to get to work yet again.
I realized that this needed to be an accessible online platform that would help people run their business with ease, efficiently, and without wasting time on repetitive tasks. Since I didn’t have enough money to produce it myself, I started meeting with investors. And one after another - they all turned my idea down.
It was so frustrating, but I was determined to see it through. I just knew that the idea had tremendous potential. So I decided to grind my way to a full product. I put all of my time and energy into slowly building the platform.
I obsessed once again. I spent all of my time and gave everything that I had. And after three long years, I launched the first version of Credit Repair Cloud.
I got some fantastic feedback, which I used to develop the platform further. I kept adding to it, continued to improve it, and built a version that powers the majority of today’s credit repair industry.

What I’m most proud of is the potential that our software provides. It allows people to start a credit repair business from scratch and change other people’s lives for the better. To help people turn their life around and make a lot of money doing it too.
I got my second chance, and I turned it into a place where people can give second chances to those who really need it. You, too, can be a part of that.
